Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a working day are dispatched the same day from Cape Town. Main centres usually receive within 2–3 working days, regional addresses 3–5 working days.

When is delivery free?

Delivery is free nationwide on orders over R500. Below that a flat courier fee is shown at checkout — no codes, no tiers, no surprises.

How do I track my parcel?

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments run through Payfast. On the secure Payfast page you can pay by card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper or Mobicred.

We never see or store your card details. The site is served over SSL and payment happens entirely on Payfast's PCI-compliant gateway.

Do you offer club or trade pricing?

How much carbohydrate should I take per hour?

For efforts over 90 minutes, target 60–90 g of carbohydrate per hour. That's roughly two to three Energy Gels, or two Roctane gels plus a bottle of Drink Mix. Build up gradually in training — the gut adapts.

Question 9

What is the difference between Energy Gel and Roctane?

Accepted Answer

Roctane carries more sodium and more amino acids, plus higher caffeine options. Use Energy Gel for marathons and shorter, and Roctane for ultras, stage races, Ironman and hot, humid conditions.

Do I need water with a gel?

A few sips help, yes. GU gels are formulated at a concentration that works with the fluid you're already drinking — you don't need to wash them down with a full bottle.

How much caffeine is in each product?

Options run from caffeine-free through 20 mg, 35 mg and up to 40–70 mg in Roctane. Every product page lists the exact milligrams per serving.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Almost the entire gel and chew range is vegan and gluten-free. Filters on the shop page let you show only those products, and every product page lists allergens.

How should I store gels?

Cool, dry and out of direct sun. Gels tolerate heat well but stay easier to swallow when they haven't cooked in a car boot all afternoon.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Anything faulty, damaged or incorrectly picked is replaced or refunded at our cost.

No — you can check out as a guest. An account makes reordering your usual box a one-click job and keeps your addresses and order history in one place.

Can I subscribe to regular deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring deliveries can be managed under Subscriptions in My account, with the ability to pause, skip or change flavours between shipments.
